Organization and job catalogue management

The sub-system Managing organization and job catalogue is one of the basic HR.net modules. The main purpose of this system is to provide complete managing and planning of society development on the one side, and defining job catalogue, describing and evaluating the work necessary for system functioning and achieving planned business goals and results on the other. Defining organization enables a description of organizational structure without restrictions of maximum depth level, bearing in mind that even in the most complex business systems of an organization level there can be firms that despite having their own structure are also active in another country and under different laws and regulations. Work catalogue with its complex structure from work groups and divisions to the work itself enables a structured work monitoring, taking care of the need to define the levels of management, the lines of responsibilities and lines of technological responsibilities (depending on the starting settings and premises of the implementation). Every work itself can contain one or more defined levels of complexity, which enables the management the planning and implementing advanced within one work (working place) taking care of the complexity of the work the employee is engaged with (from trainees to masters i.e. principals). Besides, it is possible to save a work description, work evaluation or any other document or document version related to any work.

If necessary, it is possible to establish a connection with other work describing processes, so that using the HR.net and self-service any employee can have an overview of all the business processes and tasks he is responsible for or he participates in. The systematization of working places, the planning of necessary number of employees and the opening of tenders are just a part of the work that enables the sub-system for managing working places and working schedules. It is necessary to underline the easiness of implementing working schedules of employees by simply using the “drag and drop” option, where he is literally “dragged” to another working place.

The necessary data such as the date and the reason of working place change, as well as the new salary, are saved and the employee gets a new contract (or any other related document). The basic characteristics of this system is the ease of use, as well as the integrated time component that at any moment enables an overview of the organization present and past and the planning of future system development, taking care of the information consistency.
