Company Info

HRPro is engaged in creation and implementation of the system Human resources management and the bonus system. The program solution Integra 2000 HR, which proved itself on our market as a superior software for monitoring human resources, payroll and bonus system, was developed within the company SoftPro. The need for specializing in the field of human resources and bonus system resulted in an independent enterprise within SoftPro that develops such solutions. This new enterprise is named HRPro, which clearly defines the business activities, and the new program solution is called HR.net.

Why HR.net

Analyzing the needs of large business systems in Croatia and the region, we have discovered a strongly expressed need for adequate support to the process of human resources and bonus system management. The supply in this segment is very deficient and problematic. Six years ago, realizing such a market demand, we decided to grow from an information group of general type into a specialized company for support to the processes of human resources and bonus system management. We developed our own software package HR.net System for human resources and bonus system management for large business systems in order to meet the following criteria: :

- To integrate and complete all business processes in relation to human resources and bonus system management

- To include global standards in our solutions, taking care of local legal demands, in order to easily follow the changes dynamics of local (regional) legislation.

- To base our system on the most modern technologies that easily connect to other systems in companies as an integral part of the business-information system (SAP, BAAN, MS Navision, etc.)

-  To use the experience of large business systems when developing an application, taking care of differences among business processes.

-  To offer top service during application implementation, and during system use and maintenance.

System administration required for HR.net is simplified because HR.net uses internet and intranet technologies as its technical basis.
