The entire system uses intranet and internet technologies as a technological basis and user’s interface, which enables easier administration, distribution and management of the entire system by owners of separate business processes.

HR.net Enterprise is the most complete system of human resources management in the region. Besides the thorough covering of all business processes connected to the human resources management and the bonus system, it is characterized by extreme ease of use and possibilities of distribution of separate business processes to different user types, always taking care of their rights and obligations.

 

HR.net is a result of seven years of continuous development and successful cooperation of our experts and users. There are 1.500 direct users of this application. Our newest version uses the internet technologies and the most recent technical solutions (XML, Web Service) in order to meet the needs of modern organizations. More than 4.000 employees are included into our payroll system.
