HR.Net is a complete system of human resources management and the bonus system that covers all business processes related to quality management and planning human resources in a company, planning and implementing education and training in complex business systems. HR.net focuses on humans and organization on the one side, and planning and expenditure on the other, thus creating a unique source of quality information necessary for business decision making. HR.net is a complete system of human resources management and bonus system that covers all business processes related to human potentials in a company. The entire system uses intranet and internet technologies as a technological basis and user’s interface, which enables easier administration, distribution and management of the entire system by owners of separate business processes.
